Not medical advice

Logi Tot is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Predictions, insights, guidance, and reference ranges in the app are general, evidence-informed information grounded in public frameworks (WHO, CDC and similar). Every child is different. Always consult your pediatrician or another qualified health professional about your child's health, development, feeding, and sleep — and seek immediate medical help in an emergency. Never delay or disregard professional advice because of something Logi Tot showed you.

The service

Logi Tot lets parents and guardians record and understand their child's daily rhythms. The waitlist gives you launch updates and a launch-day discount code. Some app features will require a paid subscription after launch; free features are described on our Free vs Premium page and may evolve.

Your account & responsibilities

• You must be at least 18 (or the age of majority where you live) to create an account.
• You confirm you are the parent or legal guardian of any child whose data you enter, or have that guardian's permission.
• Keep your credentials safe; you're responsible for activity on your account.
• Use the service lawfully and don't attempt to break, probe, or overload it.

Your data

Your content stays yours. How we handle personal data — including the special protections for information about your child — is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Waitlist & discount codes

Waitlist discount codes are one per person, non-transferable, have no cash value, and apply to the first subscription period as described at launch. We may correct, limit, or withdraw promotional offers where abuse occurs.

Intellectual property

The Logi Tot name, logo, app, and website are our intellectual property. We grant you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the app for its intended purpose. Don't copy, resell, or reverse-engineer it except where the law says we can't stop you.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Logi Tot is provided “as is”; we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Changes & termination

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in the app or by email before they take effect. You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time, in the app.

Governing law & contact

Logi Tot is operated by LOGIFAMILY LIMITED (company number 17289259), registered office 71–75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute. Questions: hello@logitot.com.
