Who we are

Logi Tot is a service of LOGIFAMILY LIMITED, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 17289259) with its registered office at 71–75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom. We (“we”, “us”) are the data controller for the personal data described in this policy. We are registered with the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO), registration reference ZC201897. The one-paragraph version

The website collects your email if you join the waitlist — nothing else, and no children's data at all. The app stores the information you, as a parent or guardian, choose to record about your child. Sensitive fields are encrypted on your device before upload. Your child's data is never sold, never used for advertising, and you can delete it all at any time.

What we collect on this website

• Waitlist: your email address, the time of your signup and confirmation, the page you signed up from, the country your connection came from (a two-letter code — we do not store your IP address), and, if you used a friend's invite link, the referral code that brought you here. Lawful basis: your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)), given when you submit the form and confirm via the double opt-in email. Used only to send launch updates and your founding-member perks. Every email contains a one-click unsubscribe; unsubscribing stops all emails immediately — we keep only your address on a suppression list so we can guarantee we never email you again, and you can have even that erased by emailing hello@logitot.com.
• Analytics: we use cookieless, aggregate analytics (Vercel Web Analytics). No cookies are set, no individual visitor profile is created, and no advertising trackers exist on this site. That is why you don't see a cookie banner.

What the app collects

• Your account: email address and authentication data, used to sign you in and sync your data. Lawful basis: performance of our contract with you (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)).
• Information about your child, entered by you: profile details (name, date of birth, photo if you add one) and care records — sleep, feeding, diapers, growth, milestones, health notes. Because this can reveal information about a child's health, we treat it as special-category data and process it only with your explicit consent (GDPR Art. 9(2)(a)), which you give when you create your account and can withdraw at any time by deleting the data or your account. AI processing has its own separate, optional consent.
• Diagnostics: minimal, non-advertising crash and usage data to keep the app working — collected only if you opt in, and never including your child's records. Lawful basis: your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)).

Children's data — read this part

Logi Tot is designed for and used by adults only — parents and legal guardians. It is not directed to children, offers no child accounts, and collects no data from children. The information about your child exists because you entered it, and you act as the guardian of that data: you consent on your child's behalf, you control who in your Family Circle can see it, and you can permanently delete it — one record or all of it — at any time in the app. We never use children's data for advertising, profiling beyond the app's own features, or sale to anyone, ever.

Who processes data for us

We use a small number of service providers under data-processing terms: Supabase (databases & authentication — the app's database is hosted in the United States with sensitive fields encrypted on your device before upload; the waitlist database is hosted in the United Kingdom), OpenAI (AI insights and voice transcription in the app — only when you use those features, via our secure server; child names are replaced with placeholders in text prompts, voice audio is transcribed in real time and may be retained by OpenAI for up to 30 days for abuse monitoring; never used to train models), Google Firebase (app push notifications; crash reports and analytics only if you opt in), Resend (waitlist and transactional email), and Vercel (website hosting and cookieless analytics). Where data leaves the EU/UK — including storage with Supabase and processing by OpenAI and Google in the United States — transfers are protected by Standard Contractual Clauses or the EU–US Data Privacy Framework. We do not sell personal data and we do not share it with advertisers.

Cookies

This website sets no cookies and uses no advertising or cross-site tracking technologies — which is why there is no cookie banner. Our analytics (Vercel Web Analytics) are cookieless and aggregate only. If that ever changes, this policy and the site will be updated with a consent mechanism first.

Security

The sensitive fields in your child's care records are encrypted on your device before upload. Data in transit uses TLS; data at rest is encrypted. Access inside your family is controlled by the roles you assign in Family Circle.

PDF exports are protected with AES-256 encryption using a password you choose whenever they are uploaded to cloud backup or shared off your device; the copy saved on your own phone opens without a password. CSV exports are never uploaded to cloud backup.

Retention

Waitlist data is kept until launch plus 12 months. If you unsubscribe, we stop emailing you immediately and keep only your address on our suppression list — email hello@logitot.com to erase that too. App data is kept for as long as you keep your account. When you delete your account — immediately, or after a 7-day grace period you can cancel — your data is permanently removed from our systems, and from backups within 90 days. You can also request deletion at logitot.com/delete-account.

Your rights

Under the GDPR, UK GDPR, and similar laws you can access, correct, export, restrict, object to, or delete your personal data — and your child's — at any time. Most of this is available directly in the app; for anything else, email hello@logitot.com and we'll respond within 30 days. You also have the right to complain to your data protection authority.

Changes

If this policy changes in a way that matters, we'll tell you in the app or by email before the change takes effect. The current version always lives at https://logitot.com/privacy — the same policy the app links to.
