Delete your account

Deleting your Logi Tot account permanently removes your account and all data associated with it — including every record you've entered about your child (sleep, feeding, diapers, growth, milestones, photos, and notes). Your account and its data are deleted immediately, or after a 7-day grace period if you choose one; any copies held in our backups are fully purged within 90 days. This cannot be undone.

Option 1 — in the app (fastest)

• Open Logi Tot and go to Settings
• Choose Account → Delete account
• Confirm, and choose whether to delete right away or keep a 7-day grace period in case you change your mind

Option 2 — without the app

No longer have the app installed? Email hello@logitot.com from the email address your account uses, with the subject “Delete my account”. We'll verify it's you and delete your account and all associated data — usually within a few days, with backup copies purged within 90 days.

What gets deleted

• Your account and sign-in credentials
• All child profiles and every care record entered under them
• Photos and notes stored with Logi Tot
• Your email from our mailing lists (kept only on our do-not-email suppression list if you previously unsubscribed, so we never contact you again — ask us to erase that too and we will)

We may retain the minimum records the law requires us to keep (for example, evidence that a deletion request was fulfilled), never your child's data. Details in our Privacy Policy.
